Abstract
目前国内行政伦理的研究主要涉及到国内外理论资源的梳理，基本概念的解 析，行政伦理规范的阐述，行政伦理失范现象及其原因，行政伦理的制度建设和行政伦理的现 实作用等几个方面。从目前的研究现状来看，虽然取得了很多成果，但也还存在着理论基础薄 弱，缺乏系统性，理论交流不够，功利性太强等缺陷，需要在今后的研究中注意克服。
