Abstract
在法理学上，一般认为，法的实施是同国家政权的强制力量相联系的，但是，在实践上，法的 实施除了同国家政权的强制力量相联系之外，还同其他多种多样的因素相联系，比如，同人的社 会地位、社会环境、文化程度、个人修养、伦理道德、生活状况等等，也是相联系的。在这种种 因素中，伦理道德同法的实施的联系，是以两方面的渠道表现出来的：一是伦理道德状况对法的 实施可以发生有效的影响，二是法的实施对伦理道德的传播也具有有效的促动作用。
