Abstract
人类对人权的研究方法至今仍然停留在古希腊和古罗马学者的水平上：我们仍没有建立起 以人权作为自己研究对象的学科，因而无法克服人权研究中存在着的分散性弊端，无法将人权 作为一个确定的整体进行研究，无法建立起一个完整而科学的人权研究体系。因此，必须建立 人权学（Science of human rights）。
