Abstract
"Este artigo discorre sobre a neuroética, uma das disciplinas mais jovens ramificada da bioética original, já cognominada de “ética das ciências do cérebro”. A neuroética considera o cérebro como sede de nossa humanidade e pessoalidade, tratando do estudo das questões éticas, legais e sociais que surgem quando os achados científicos sobre o cérebro são levados à prática médica, às interpretações da lei, saúde e orientações da sociedade.
