Abstract
中俄军事伦理传统有很大差异。俄罗斯崇尚武力，崇拜个人英雄，治军手段 严厉，对待征服者严酷；中国信奉“以战止战”，崇尚道义，强调民众力量，实行“以德治军”。 造成这些差异的主要原因是两国不同的地理环境、社会经济以及不同文化传统。明晰两国军事 伦理传统的得失，有助于认识当代俄罗斯军事现象，并对中俄两国的军事交往与合作有重要启 示意义。
