Abstract
"El presente artículo es el resultado de un estudio realizado durante los meses de agosto a febrero de los años 2013 y 2014. En el mismo se ponen en relación las condiciones de las mujeres refugiadas en Ecuador y la trata de personas con fines de explotación sexual además de la prostitución como forma de supervivencia. Con el fin de entender esta relación, se realiza en primer lugar el estudio del conflicto en Colombia, posteriormente se analizará la situación jurídica del refugio en Ecuador, en tercer lugar se analizan las condiciones de las mujeres colombianas refugiadas en Ecuador y qué vinculación existe entre refugio y trata de personas con fines de explotación sexual en el país. En último lugar, se proponen alternativas jurídico-prácticas a la vinculación existente entre trata de mujeres con fines de explotación sexual y el refugio en Ecuador" ["This article is the result of an study that took place during the months of August to September of the years 2013 and 2014. This article aims to put in relation the conditions of refugee women in Ecuador and human trafficking for sexual exploitation and prostitution as a work to survive. In order to put into relation this two realities, in first place it will be analysed the Colombian conflict, in second place there will be analysed the legal reality of refugees in Ecuador, in third place there will be analysed the conditions of Colombian women who are refugees in Ecuador and the link among refugee conditions and human trafficking for sexual exploitation. On last place, legal alternatives are proposed about the link between human trafficking for sexual exploitation and refugee conditions in Ecuador"]
