Abstract
This paper examines the issue of leadership from Islamic perspective by ellaborating the verses within the holy Koran thematically since Islamic teachings should be important and strategic for the discussion. The holy Koran is the source of goal, justice, utility, and truth. The shari’ah concept should be the standard of the leader in order for him not to be occupied by negative desires or ideologies.
