Abstract
"En 1991, la creación de la Administración Nacional de la Seguridad Social (en adelante, ANSES) como organismo regulador del Sistema de Seguridad Social Argentino, se desarrolla en un contexto de transformaciones en las políticas sociales, vinculadas a la instauración plena del modelo económico neoliberal en nuestro país. En el marco del proceso de modernización del Estado Nacional y, con el objetivo de resolver la situación deficitaria del régimen previsional público, durante la década del noventa, la ANSES fue transformándose en un organismo residual en lo referente a la gestión de la seguridad social en la Argentina de la época" ["In 1991, the creation of the National Administration of Social Security (hereinafter ANSES) as the regulator of Argentine Social Security System, developed in the context of changes in social policies, linked to the full establishment of the neoliberal economic model in our country. As part of the modernization of the National State and with the aim of resolving the deficit of the public pension system during the nineties, ANSES was transformed into a residual body in relation to the management of social security the Argentina of the time"]
