Abstract
"La globalización de las corporaciones produce constantemente nuevos signos de identidad ante el retroceso del Estado Nación, pero esto no genera un espacio público transnacional. Es por estas cuestiones que el reflexionar críticamente sobre la relación entre bioética y derechos humanos, hoy resulta imprescindible ante el imperio globalizante de la forma mercancía y su violencia, y frente a un individualismo incapaz de pensar la justicia para un mundo con un destino común. En ese contexto, la Declaración Universal sobre Bioética y Derechos Humanos fijó en su título la relación indisociable que existe entre la bioética y los derechos humanos en tanto campos normativos" ["The globalization of corporations constantly produces new signs of identity in the light of the retreat of the nation state, but this does not generate a transnational public space.
