Abstract
The purpose of my essay is to reveal the two concepts in terms of the activity of large corporations, which are responsible leadership and ethical leadership. The relevance of this theme cannot be doubted. Contradictory achievements of big business, a disproportionate level of economic development of countries, pending environmental issues, cross-cultural encounters, social dissatisfaction of workers and consumers - all of these problems are the part of our world.
