Abstract
Talk of anathematizing has been put aside to highlight for the first time the seeds of the Word, which it also holds within itself. Membership of the Church is no longer a matter of a wall of separation between those inside and those outside, but rather a matter of varying degrees of ordinance leading to fullness in Christ. Any human being can be connected with the Pasqual mystery by means known only to God, and there is no denying that religious traditions can have a positive function in favouring this association. This article also analyses the different avatars that have meant that Nostra Aetate is not just a document about the Jews but deals with all religions. In fact, Vatican II represents a mystical change in the search for ‘God in all things...’, including the religions"]
