"El presente comentario es un anticipo de la nueva sección que estamos preparando para la próxima etapa de la Revista de Bioética y Derecho, en la que se analizarán sentencias que hayan resuelto temas relevantes desde el punto de vista bioético y jurídico. En ella incluiremos comentarios de sentencias de tribunales internacionales tales como el Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos, el Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea o la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos, así como de sentencias de altos tribunales nacionales como el Tribunal Constitucional y el Tribunal Supremo, no sólo españoles sino de países latinoamericanos" ["This comment is a preview of the new section are preparing for the next stage of the Journal of Bioethics and Law, in which judgments have resolved important issues from the point of bioethical and legal perspective will be discussed.
