Abstract
The article interprets the text of Gn 38 from a feminist perspective of the Old Testament reading. According to the author, Gn 38 reflects, simultaneously, the mechanisms of exclusion of the patriarchal household and the forms of wise and subversive resistance found by women —in the case of Gn 38, by Tamar— to guarantee their survival and a dignified existence"
