Abstract
许多个人行为都会引起一定的社会后果，社会又根据这种后果对个人行为做出善或恶的道德评价，形成该与不该的舆论导向。当个人行为造成一定社会危害时，国家法律还依据社会危害性的大小将个人行为界定为非法、违法和犯罪三种性质，并根据不同的性质给予不同的处置。
