Abstract
作为公民社会的精神蕴涵与价值确证方式，公民伦理通过彰显独立主体精神、权利 与义务统一精神、契约精神、社会正义精神、市俗伦理精神等基本的精神价值，确证公民社会 与公民身份的现代性意义。鉴于中国传统宗法社会下的儒家伦理无法引申为现代公民社会公共 领域的价值判据的基本前提，建构中国的公民伦理便成了中国现代化进程中具有历史性意义的 诉求与期待。
