Abstract
"Los objetivos de este trabajo son, básicamente, tres. En primer lugar, entender cómo un constitucionalismo transformador o revolucionario únicamente puede existir si se construye alrededor de una relación continua y dinámica entre los conceptos de “constitución” y “rebelión”. En segundo lugar, ver, a vuelo de pájaro, la evolución histórica de la relación entre estos dos conceptos en la evolución del constitucionalismo. Y, en tercer lugar, ver la plasmación de esta relación en el nuevo constitucionalismo latinoamericano, especialmente en las constituciones de Venezuela (1999), Ecuador (2008) y Bolivia (2009), concretamente en el campo de la justicia constitucional. El artículo hace referencia a cómo, durante las últimas décadas, las nuevas constituciones surgidas en la América Latina frutos de los procesos de cambio político, han incorporado novedosos mecanismos de articulación entre constitución y rebelión, o democratización de la justicia constitucional, que permiten empezar a recuperar el modelo, propio del constitucionalismo originario, de control y ejecución populares de la constitución.Constitucionalismo y revolución: la articulación constitución-rebelión" ["The objectives of this work are basically three. First, understand how a transformer or revolutionary constitutionalism can only exist if it is built around a continuous and dynamic relationship between the concepts of "constitution" and "rebellion".
