Abstract
"O presente trabalho tratará da aplicação da boa-fé objetiva às relações humanas que possuem como objeto o condomínio edilício. Para cumprir esse objetivo traçará os principais contornos desse modelo sui generis de propriedade imobiliária, e a partir desse substrato fático-jurídico será demonstrado que a boa-fé objetiva, também, rege tais relações.
