Abstract
Currently, the interests and welfare of a lot of labors have been undermined. Through the discussions on hot topics, situations and damages can be fully understood. The severity can be addressed by document researches, comparative study, model study and other methods. Finally, this article is trying to find the right way to balance the interests of corporations and their labors.
