Abstract
"A pesquisa bibliográfica questiona o lugar das mulheres e dos homossexuais nas religiões monoteístas e acentua que estas expressões religiosas de caráter milenar foram engendradas em culturas patriarcais e androcêntricas. Ainda hoje o homem prevalece em seu patamar de destaque e o que se espera é que o espaço das Igrejas seja favorável à defesa da dignidade humana não apenas masculina e heterossexual. Ao apoiar-se no conceito de gênero como instância fomentadora do desnudamento das injustiças e das relações assimétricas de poder, chega-se a inferir o quanto as estruturais eclesiais precisam avançar no sentido de se tornarem mais inclusivas e tolerantes neste mundo plural e diverso, sem prescindir dos livros sagrados destas religiões, mas construindo hermenêuticas capazes de questionar e relativizar o que antes era sagrado a fim de demarcá-lo como um dado meramente cultural" ["The bibliographic research questions the place of women and homosexuals in the monotheistic religions and emphasizes that these religious expressions of millenarian character were engendered in patriarchal cultures and androcentric. By supporting the concept of gender as a sponsor instance of injustice and denudation of asymmetric power relations, one arrives to infer how much the church needs structural move towards becoming more inclusive and tolerant in this plural and diverse world without dispense with the sacred books of these religions, but building hermeneutical able to question and relativize what was once sacred to demarcate it as a mere cultural statistic"]
