Abstract
诚实与信任缺失的问题肯定不是中国独有。所以雅诺什 科尔奈教授所在的匈牙利布达 佩斯高级研究所才以此为题，聚集世界上１７个国家不同学科的学者，开展了专门的深入研 究。科尔奈教授的文章《诚实与信任：后社会主义转轨时期的视角》（见《比较》第９辑， 中信出版社２００３年１１月版）就是基于此项研究的个人感受。 在中国经济学界，科尔奈教授的盛名几乎无人不晓，这首先是因为他的经典著作《短缺 经济学》。在研究传统的社会主义经济体制方面，大概迄今无人能出其右。而今，沧桑巨变 之后，科尔奈教授的目光已经转移到了后社会主义转轨时期，而且聚焦在作为市场经济基石 的 诚实与信任 问题上。
