Abstract
"En la Legislatura de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires hay un proyecto de ley que propone subir las penas, y gravar con multas de hasta 2000 pesos y llevar a prisión de hasta cinco días, a quienes ofrezcan en los semáforos limpiar los vidrios de los automovilistas y los que se proponen para limpiar y cuidar los carros estacionados. Fue aprobado por la Comisión de Justicia que preside un diputado del PRO, en donde se originó el proyecto. Según informa La Nación (18/10/2011), “la iniciativa suponer sancionar a los que ofrecen estacionamientos en la vía publica ‘en forma gratuita u onerosa’ a cambio de una retribución voluntaria, conocidos popularmente como ‘trapitos’, así como también que se considere ‘una práctica abusiva y violenta’ que genera temor y favorece el arrebato ‘a la actividad de los limpiavidrios’”" ["In the Buenos Aires City Legislature is a bill that proposes to raise the penalties and levy fines of up to 2000 dollars and take up to five days imprisonment, to offer at stoplights clean glasses motorists and those who intend to clean and care for parked cars. It was approved by the Judiciary Committee chaired by a Member of PRO, where the project originated. According to The Nation (18/10/2011), "the initiative to assume punish those that offer parking on public streets 'for free or onerous' return a, popularly known as' rags' as well as it is considered 'abusive and violent practice' that generates fear and favors fit 'to the activity of the cleaner' 'voluntary return"]
