Abstract
"Nuestra cultura occidental y específicamente la latinoamericana, está marcada por una perspectiva androcéntrica. También la teología y la lectura de la Biblia han sido afectadas por esta mentalidad. Una mirada crítica del quehacer teológico y de la comprensión de la revelación, al descubrir el carácter unilateral y reductivo de esta perspectiva y escuchando la interpelación y la reflexión que provienen de la reivindicación de la mujer en el mundo de hoy, propone leer la Palabra y aprender a vivir el Evangelio tomando en cuenta la riqueza de la hermenéutica femenina. El presente artículo intenta leer un pasaje del Evangelio de Lucas desde esta perspectiva para descubrir cómo el Padre de Jesús libera a la mujer de todo encorvamiento y postración." "Our western culture in general and our Latin American environment, in particular, are dominated by an androcentric perspective. Theology and Bible readings have also been affected by such mentality. Now, a critical view of our theological tasks and the comprehension of Revelation make us discover this unilateral and reductive vision. Moreover, hearing the questioning and reflections coming from the vindication of women today is for us a new calling to read the Word and to lead a new evangelical life bearing in mind the richness of feminist hermeneutics. This article tries to read the gospel of Luke from this perspective to discover how the Father of Jesus frees women from all curvature and prostration."
