"¿Es posible componer la historia de María, a partir de los evangelios apócrifos? ¿Cómo deben ser leídos estos textos? ¿Complementan acaso los datos canónicos respecto a María? Estas y otras preguntas serán respondidas en el artículo que sigue. La historia de María es analizada en forma crítica y desde una perspectiva de fe mariana. La historia completa se encuentra en el libro que lleva el mismo título de este artículo. Is it possible to compose a history of Mary on the basis of the apocryphal gospels? How are these texts to be read? Do they complement the canonical data about Mary? These and other questions are addressed in the following article. The history of Mary is assessed both critically and within the perspective of Marian faith. The complete history may be found in the book which has the same title as this article."
