Abstract
"O presente artigo se dedica a desenvolver uma reflexão sobre o processo de apuração e julgamento de delitos praticados por adolescentes infratores no Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Realizo um estudo sobre como os saberes de profissionais técnico-científicos (assistentes sociais, psicólogos, pedagogos) são mobilizados em um processo de rotulação do comportamento criminoso, pela aplicação de estereótipos em jovens pobres que vivenciam uma situação de marginalidade social. A partir da análise das diversas peças que compõem o processo judicial de julgamento dos adolescentes infratores, documentos produzidos por promotores, juízes, assistentes sociais, pretendemos explicitar os processos sociais envolvidos na construção social do “delinqüente menor de idade”. O trabalho se baseia em dados obtidos através da análise de processos de apuração de ato infracional na 2ª. Vara da Infância e da Juventude do Estado do Rio de Janeiro" ["This article is dedicated to develop a reflection on the process of investigation and trial of offences committed by juvenile offenders in the State of Rio de Janeiro. I realize a study of how knowledge of technical and scientific professionals (social workers, psychologists, educators) are mobilized in a labeling process of criminal behavior, by the application of stereotypes in young people who experience a situation of social marginalization. From the analysis of the various parts that make up the judicial process of trial of juvenile offenders, documents produced by prosecutors, judges, social workers, we want to clarify the social processes involved in the social construction of "underage offender."
