Abstract
"La creación del Banco del Sur es prácticamente un hecho. Se espera que se presente el manifiesto fundacional del Banco a mediados de junio, en el marco de la Cumbre de Presidentes a realizarse entre el 22 y el 26 de junio.1 La cuestión energética es tema central a desarrollar por el nuevo banco, ya que contempla entre sus primeros proyectos la financiación del Gran Gasoducto del Sur" ["The creation of the South Bank is almost certain. The Bank's founding manifesto mid June this is expected as part of the Presidential Summit to be held between 22 and 26 June.1 The energy issue is a central theme to be developed by the new bank, as includes among its first projects financing Great Southern Gas Pipeline"]
