Abstract
"O presente trabalho tem como objetivo estabelecer as interfaces entre Direito e Literatura, tendo como objeto de análise a obra Dom Casmurro de Machado de Assis, material este que se mostra bem elucidativo para demonstrar as relações entre as duas áreas do saber. Através dessa análise, é possível identificar as contribuições que a Literatura proporciona ao mundo jurídico, mediante sua forma clara e poética de retratar fatos e contextos sociais, dados importantes para o jurista.
