Abstract
The evolution of technology added to the incessant transformation of human thought generates an area of constant attritions. If, on the one hand, we are presented with conquests that benefits humans, based in non nocere, which bring countless benefits to health and longevity with quality, on the other hand there is a dangerous advance of ways not yet tamed that excite scientific interests that do not respect ethics, such as, for example, human cloning. Suddenly men have a technology appropriate to carry through their very reproduction, in an absolute negation of alterity, a differentiated modality of life creation. Until recently death was caused by diseases already conquered by medicine and it still happens due to diseases already incurable. Nevertheless, in a total inversion, it seems to be easier to clone a human being than to cure her. Homo medius, that maker of scientific onslaughts, has to face, due to its very nature and the principles that are accepted, a sea of uncertainties; and she needs reliable information to correctly guarantee her position as addressee of so great an interference in her life. Human cloning, in its modalities, must be dissected, with detailed explanations regarding its use. Ethical thought, as the judgment of the necessity and convenience of this procedure, is the first to arise and to pronounce the prelibatory examination regarding the new scientific procedure. Ethics is seen here in a kaleidoscopic way, integrating both the individual and the collective sphere, with the aim of reaching some consensual decision. One may add bioethical thought, revisited in all its principialist structure, having as purpose to present its manifestation, approaching strategies of and reflection regarding so great a scientific advance in order to reach conclusions concerning the utility of human life and health and, at the same time, to point eventual ominous consequences. Finally, as if closing the cycle of evaluation regarding human cloning, legal normalization becomes necessary, having as parameters the principles and grounds of the Federal Constitution, which, after recognizing the permissibility of the accomplishment of scientific research, proposes limits to science, in order for it not be able to invade the sphere of protection of human beings and bring damages to them and even to mankind as a whole. In such a way, all advances in biotechnology and biotechnoscience must follow the gradual evolution of humans and have them as addressees provided with security, without opposing their nature and dignity"]
