Abstract
This study discusses the fractional reserve free-banking in maslahah perspective presented in comparing between Islamic-economic thought and Austria economy. This study is researcher’s disquiet about recurring crisis of economy. The writer tries to interconnect between Islamic economy thought and Austria economy in beholding this issue. Fractional reserve banking is such a modern banking system which has a recession of economy, since it is built as forum of financial illusory, then, it implicates to bubble economy. In order to regard this phenomenon, Islamic-economy thought, along with Austria economy, contributes constructive thought toward such monetary banking system. According to these thoughts, the source of instability modern economy is located on fractional reserve banking system that implemented in commercial banking in over the world by creating money. Then, supplying money grates with its balancing.
