"La cuestión social de la infancia es una problemática multidimensional y heterogénea. Las políticas sociales dirigidas a este grupo poblacional, en tanto población vulnerable, constituyen un factor central en el sistema de protección social. En esta línea, el libro de Roxana Mazzola: Nuevo Paradigma.
