Abstract
由于这些年来采用科学的管理方式，加大管理工作力度，安全事故的发生并没有随着电梯 数量的急剧增加而上涨，取得很大的成效，但对于一些目前还不断发生的安全事故却不能不去 正视。就电梯安全事业而言，其核心就是最大程度地防止和减少事故的发生，但是，本该可以 避免的一些事故却一而再在而三地重复出现，这就不得不使我们研究电梯安全事业发展中更深 层次问题。
