Abstract
Zwischen der Diskursethik und der normativen Vertragstheorie (Vertragsethik) besteht eine Unschärfe die zu einer (Selbst-) Aufklärung des kritischen Sinns praktischer Diskurse Anlass gibt. (Between discourse ethics and normative contract theory (contract ethics), there is a blurred line which gives rise to investigation about the significance of practical discourses.)
