Abstract
"Los pueblos de las Naciones Unidas han reafirmado en la Carta de los Derechos Humanos su fe en los derechos fundamentales del hombre y en la dignidad y el valor de la persona y su determinación a promover el progreso social y elevar el nivel de vida dentro de un concepto amplio de libertad. Considerando que el niño por su falta de madurez física y mental, necesita protección y cuidados especiales, incluida la debida protección legal, tanto antes como después de su nacimiento" ["The peoples of the United Nations reaffirmed in the Charter of Rights Human faith in fundamental human rights man and in the dignity and worth of the person and their determination to promote social progress and better standards of life in of a larger freedom.
