Abstract
Abstract in Chinese: 进入二十一世纪以来，发达国家在企业社会责任实践上出现了一些新趋势。政府对企业社会责任的推进无论是在动机上还是在策略上都从单纯地解决社会问题转向提升国家竞争力、实现社会团结、促进社会和环境的可持续发展，并且在推进企业社会责任时由单纯的国内治理转向全球治理。企业在履行社会责任时，倾向于履行战略型的社会责任，并且将对社会责任的履行同社会责任投资、参与公共治理等结合起来，通过创造共享价值等形式实现企业和社会的双赢。Abstract in English: In the first decade of 21th century, some new trends emerged in the practice of corporate social responsibility, both for the governments and companies of the developed countries. Governments change their motives and strategies from solely solving social problems to promoting national competitiveness，national solidarity and the sustainable development of both society and environment. Companies tend to fulfill the strategic social responsibility such as creating the shared value, which is combined to social responsible investment and public governance, in order to achieve the win-win situation between society and companies.
