Abstract
防止和遏制家庭暴力犯罪，必须坚持“德治”与“法治”并举的方针。一方面，要以司法控制为核心建立以被害人意愿为基础的恢复性司法；另一方面，要以道德调控为重点，建立社会支持系统。
