Abstract
"El día 23 del pasado mes de septiembre el Gobierno de España retiró el Anteproyecto de la Ley del Aborto redactado por el Ministerio de Justicia debido a presiones sociales y políticas. Pero como el hecho social no es el único elemento constitutivo del Bioderecho, el presente artículo pretende valorar, desde el punto de vista biojurídico, si dicho texto prelegislativo era conforme o no al Derecho Constitucional y al Derecho de la Unión Europea" ["Last 23th of September the Government of Spain moved away the Abortion Draft wich was wrote by the Department of Justice.
