Abstract
没有公正就没有和谐。社会公正促进了人与人的和谐相处、人与社会的和谐相处，那么人与自然的和谐相处需要另一种公正──环境公正。环境公正涵盖两个层次涵义：其一是人类作为整体公正地对待自然；其二是人类个体公平地承担对资源环境的责任，每个人（空间维度涵盖地球，时间维度涵盖当代人和子孙后代）享有平等的环境权利，并根据实际享受的环境权益履行相应的环境义务。 Harmony does not exist without justice. Social justice promotes a harmonious relationship between human beings and nature, asking for another type of justice: environmental justice. It firstly means human should treat nature fairly, and secondly, the responsibilities should be shouldered equality to everyone.
