Abstract
"El 14 de diciembre del 2011, ocho ex ejecutivos y contratistas de Siemens fueron acusados criminalmente por la Justicia de los Estados Unidos por haber conspirado para pagar cien millones de dólares en sobornos a “altos funcionarios del gobierno argentino”, violando la ley norteamericana que prohíbe las prácticas corruptas en el exterior. Según la investigación, formaron parte de la trama el uso de compañías fantasmas, cuentas en bancos suizos, intermediarios y dinero transportado ilegalmente entre fronteras" ["On December 14, 2011, eight former executives and contractors of Siemens were charged criminally for Justice of the United States for conspiring to pay one hundred million dollars in bribes to "senior officials Argentine government "in violation of US law which prohibits corrupt practices abroad.
