社会责任投资在西方国家中已日臻完善，其毋庸置疑的贡献也越来越 大。但在中国，社会责任投资对很多企业来说仍是一个模糊的概念，其在中国的发展 也不尽如人意。伴随着中国企业的发展壮大和竞争的加剧，尽快引导中国的企业社会 责任投资健康成长已刻不容缓，本文就中外相关环境做了比较，探讨了社会责任投资 在发达国家的发展和现状，并讨论了社会责任投资在中国发展的可行性和必要性，以 及一些相应对策。 [Essay published in the context of the fourth CSR paper Competition, organized by the Center of International Business Ethics CIBE, Bejing, China, in 2010.]
