"Hora del evangelio, desde que hemos conseguido hacer de la memoria una herramienta de extensión de nosotros mismos, ha sido siempre. En nuestra era, los cristianos que reconocieron “evangelio” en la persona y en los dichos y gestos de Jesús de Nazaret eran muy conscientes de estar enfrentando, con esta apropiación, la teología oficial del imperio que confesaba a Augusto evangelio verdadero. La inscripción de Priene —actualmente en el Museo Pergamon de Berlín— llega a decir que el natalicio de Augusto es una nueva creación: “el comienzo de todo… el comienzo de la vida y del vivir”… porque, “con su epifanía, Augusto salvó al mundo entero de descender al caos y excedió las esperanzas de quienes profetizaron buenas noticias [euaggelia] para el futuro”" ["Time gospel, since we managed to memory tool extension of ourselves, always has been.
