Abstract
中华人民共和国成立以来,随着我国由高度集中的计划经济体制到社会主义市场经济体制的转型,中国企业伦理从政治伦理中分离出来,在企业伦理意识、精神、规范、建设方法等方面都呈现出进步的态势,并逐渐形成了多样化的符合企业实际、具有企业个性的企业伦理模式。当代中国企业伦理的进步既是中华人民共和国成立以来中国社会伦理进步的重要组成部分,也是社会道德水平提高的不可或缺的要素。
