所以，当我们最终评价本文提到的这一媒体放“烟雾弹”的事例时，我们说：在伦理的层 面，媒体这一行为对其自身虽有违背职业道德的一面，但也有其合理性的一面；对观众来说虽有 隐瞒情况的一面，也有其令人理解的一面。但在学理上，媒体的这一行为还是不能被允许的，在 某种程度上可能还是一种非法行为。
