Abstract
为了使对立的双方走到一块儿，接受通过文化（文明）对人权观念进行整合的建议是十分 必要的。只有把国际社会的人权同具体文化结合起来，求同存异，才可能在不同文化间达成共 识，建立良好的国际人权新秩序。但在具体整合过程中，是以人权普遍性为主还是以人权相对 性为主，是这种文化（文明）多一些还是那种文化（文明）多一些，恐怕很难预设，而只能由 具体的情况和条件来决定。但无论如何，人类要走向共同的和平与文明，实现和睦相处和共同 发展，就必须摒弃绝对的人权相对主义观念，部分地（大部分甚至全部）接受人权的共同标准 和观念。
