永久和平是贯穿整个康德哲学及其发展历程的一个重要主题。康德在政治-法哲 学领域完成了一场哥白尼革命，用和平的国际法代替了战争的国际法，永久和平从而成为判 断和衡量人类的道德进步和现世幸福的最高尺度，它是政治的至善，是康德政治-法哲学的拱 心石。尽管康德的许多提法必须根据时代的变化做出修正与拓展，但他所确立的原则与精神 在今天愈发显示出特别的理论生命力。
