Abstract
"En torno a la salud mental, cuyo tratamiento está muy ligado a los derechos humanos; cabe hacer mención que existen diversas organizaciones latinoamericanas que pugnan por una mejor atención médica, sobre todo, en el tratamiento de enfermedades de tipo psicológico o psiquiátrico. En primer lugar, resulta fundamental anotar un concepto de salud mental según Melanie Klein: La base de la salud mental es una personalidad bien integrada. Comenzaré enunciando algunos elementos de una personalidad bien integrada: madurez emocional, fuerza de carácter, capacidad de manejar emociones conflictivas, equilibrio entre la vida interior y la adaptación a la realidad y una fusión exitosa entre las distintas partes de la personalidad".
