Abstract
"Inseridas num projecto de investigação sobre pensamento ético‑deontológico, no qual, numa primeira fase, se entrevistaram trinta e seis professores dos diversos níveis de en‑ sino, consideramos neste artigo as questões relativas à ética e à formação. Identificamos alguns aspectos que dizem respeito à formação ética de professores e que relacionam esta formação com as outras dimensões em estudo, nomeadamente com a regulação e a elabo‑ ração de um código deontológico e com as concepções éticas, pessoais e profissionais, dos professores. Para além de uma análise interpretativa dos dados e de uma breve revisão dos estudos e da legislação actual, tecemos reflexões em torno de perspectivas e estratégias a considerar na formação ética dos professores" ["Inserted into a research project on ethical and deontological thinking, in which, initially, were interviewed thirty-six teachers of the various levels of educa- tion, we consider this article the issues of ethics and training. We have identified some aspects that concern the ethical training of teachers and link this training to other dimensions under study, including the regulation and the drafting of a code of ethics and the ethical concepts, personal and professional teachers. In addition to an interpretative analysis of the data and a brief review of the studies and the current legislation, we reflect around perspectives and strategies to consider the ethical training of teachers"]
