Abstract
富勒低估了人性卑劣可能达致的程度，低估了在没有有效权力约束的政治架构下立法或者司法的败坏程度。如果意识到这种情形的可能，富勒是否会坚持认为法律的内在道德仅仅是一种趋向人类行为最高境界的愿望道德就不无疑问。
