Abstract
Estas prácticas son también lugares de experiencia del Dios de la Vida" "The fall of the Berlin wall and the crying shame of the injustices and the concentration of landholdings and income require us to rethink our political practices. This article, starting from the roots of politics and of the modern state, proposes a recovery of liberating political action which would begin in the cities. It identifies in the Bible a theology of the throne, which is a centralizing theology, in conflict with a theology based on the the life of the poor, which is a decentralizing and participative theology; and it proposes a political reading of the Bible which will animate practices which get their orientation from the concrete relations of everyday life (lo cotidiano) which, overcoming anthropocentrism, in harmony with Life in its broader sense, seek to redesign the cities as the place of birth and gratuitous renewal of Life for all. These practices are also places for experiencing the God of Life"
