Abstract
"Islam arrived in Indonesia firstly was preached by the Arab traders who came to the coast of Sumatra (north-east coast of Aceh), subsequently forming an Islamic society until the emergence of the Islamic kingdom I in Southeast Asia. Then following the Ocean Pasai Islamic kingdom established in 133 H (1042 AD). Ocean Pasai later became the center of Islamic proselytided activity throughout the archipelago" (p. 118)
