Abstract
"Este trabajo tiene como objetivo presentar un estudio preliminar y una traducción anotada al artículo que Jonathan Bennett publicara a mediados de los años setenta en la revista Philosophy, y que sirve como disparador para el tratamiento de la motivación moral. La emergencia de la traducción de este artículo surge eminentemente como una necesidad didáctica, ya que las cuestiones relacionadas con la motivación moral han ocupado un lugar central en la historia de la ética, desempeñando un rol protagónico, desde su origen hasta la actualidad" ["This paper aims to present a preliminary study and an annotated translation by Jonathan Bennett article published in the mid-seventies in the journal Philosophy and serves as a trigger for the treatment on moral motivation. The emergence of the translation of this article as a need arises eminently didactic, since issues related to moral motivation have occupied a central role in the history of ethics, playing a leading role, from their origin to today"]
