"Jovem de 24 anos, portador de síndrome de imunodeficiência adquirida, apresenta-se sozinho ao pronto socorro de um hospital especializado em doenças infectocontagiosas. Informa tratamento irregular em centro de DST-AIDS. Encontra-se em mau estado geral, emagrecido, febre de 39°C e tosse com escarro em “geleia de morango”.
